Information for both Lake and River trips.
Lake Information:
You will be fishing big water and your safety is my major concern while aboard the Lyndj. If you have problems with motion sickness, I would advice that you take any medication prior to departure. Ginger is an old remedy used by sailors for centuries.
We provide you all the latest fishing gear and our vessel is equipped with latest electronics for a safe and enjoyable fishing excursion. The Lyndj has a standup head (restroom) for your convenience.
The first mate will assist during the trip, feel free to ask him or the captain any question you may have while fishing aboard the Lyndj.
Morning trips will begin before day light and will end 6 hours after leaving the dock.
Wear appropriate clothing for the weather (remember that the lake air is cooler than land air).
Bring sunglass, sun screen and any snacks you desire (no glass bottles)
Wear soft sole shoes that are non-marking.
Don't forget the camera.
Bring a cooler to transport you fish (we clean and bag your catch).
River Information:
We fish two of Michigan's best rivers for salmon and steelhead. Our jet sled is 18' and accompanies two anglers plus the guide. All gear is provided for you during the trip on the river. Departure times will be arranged in advance.
Wear clothing for the weather (remember you will be fishing during the cooler months in Michigan) and I suggest that a change of clothing be left in your vehicle as a precaution.
Bring a camera, snacks and sun glasses.
"As always, it is our desire at Billie Sue Sportfishing to make your trip a trip of a life time. We believe in hands on involvement by our customers. Your participation in your adventure will help make a lasting memory. "
